It depends on how many people and objects need to be on it at once. Provide the panel size, lectern, furniture, performance footprint and available room dimensions so a practical size can be discussed.
Standalone staging may be available. Venue access, floor conditions, required finish and responsibility for adjacent sound, lighting or screens still need to be confirmed.
